We have been able to adapt this kit to the Exige Sport 350 and Sport 380 with appropriate adjustments. The water-to-air intercooler makes it possible to lower the temperature of the intake air and thus significantly increase the efficiency. This allows a more uniform combustion and less tendency to knock and in conjunction with the increased Charger for a massive performance-increase even at higher outside temperatures and / or "harder" driving. The concept of intercooling is already known from our proven EX460 systems and is also used here. Including ECUmaster EMU Pro16 ECU mit KT Plug&Play Adapter!

Phase EV460

EV460, the first Evora V6 with watercooled intercooler ... It thus represents the logical evolution of the proven Phase EV430 is that we can now introduce market-ready after 14 months of development and testing time. The main difference between the EV460 to the EV430 system is the water-cooled intercooler. The efficient cooling of the charge air, higher performance can be achieved without compromising the durability of the engine. Objective in our EV460 development was a high-efficiency charge-air cooling, minimum charge pressure losses and low component weight in conjunction with a smaller cross section. We were able to meet all requirements. To integrate an efficient intercooler core into the existing charger system, it was necessary to replace the original intake manifold to a completely newly developed component. The new intake manifold is made of milled aluminum from a solid and takes the intercooler, injectors and the supercharger. By intercooling it was now possible for us to optimize the boost pressure and the ignition timing to thus achieve an output of 455 hp, particularly noteworthy is a maximum torque of 490 Nm almost abutting quite early. By using the optimized standard supercharger, we achieved a significant improvement in power and torque in the midrev range, because there the supercharger is now working in the most efficient range. The thermal load on the engine-specific components decreases due to the lower charge air temperature (see "Media & Download”). The compressor is the standard component but revised internally. In front of the vehicle we fit a heat exchanger cooler to cool down the water for the intercooler core (in the intake manifold). The water circulation is powered by an electrical waterpump.

The carbon airbox has a significantly larger volume, and the K&N sports air filter used has a larger filtering surface area. These two factors enable a considerably higher airflow compared to the stock component. With this modification combined with the optimized EX430 engine control unit software, we can achieve a further increase in performance of approximately 18 PS and a torque of approximately 12 Nm (compared to EV410).

This achieves a slight but entirely sufficient increase in boost pressure by 0.04 bar. Coupled with a tuned optimization of the stock ECU, we achieve a significant improvement in torque and power behavior. The EV410 phase impresses with its impressive power delivery: approximately 90% of maximum torque is reached at around 3000 rpm. Compared to the EV390 phase, we have further increased maximum power by approximately 13 hp to now 405 hp. Torque sees an additional increase of approximately 19 Nm to now 455 Nm.

The "smallest" performance upgrade for your Evora S V6. In the EV370 phase, we replace the original Airbox with our Komo-Tec Carbon Sport Airbox and combine it with optimized software tuning. The better airflow behavior of the large airbox results in better performance (approx. 20 hp) and an increase in torque. No further intervention in the motor field is necessary and the assembly is very simple.
