To offer a cost-effective solution for owners of older Elise and Exige models, we have developed our new display system, which utilizes an Ecumaster ADU5 Display (5"). With our mounting kit, it provides a simple plug-and-play solution. Only the original display needs to be removed and replaced with the new ADU5 using suitable adapter plugs and installation kit. The display boasts brilliant resolution, good readability, and complete configurability with multiple display pages that can be freely customized. Upon delivery, a basic configuration for Elise and Exige is preloaded. Drexler Mechanical Limited Slip Differential
for Lotus Elise / Exige Mk1/2 with Rover 18K4-Engine / PG1-Transmission (Modelyear 1995-2004, manual)
Developed directly on track, the Drexler Mechanical Limited Slip Differential guarantees for a lot of driving fun and stands for a good workmanship! This Differential has been developed to optimize the requirements of the Lotus-Concept in terms of power-to-weight ratio, torque and driving dynamics. With the standard setting the lock is optimally applicable for track days, but still fine for road use.
The target is to achieve maximum agility and driving performance. The Mechanical Drexler Differential uses friction plates to generate the locking effect, thus ensuring effective operation of the Differential during acceleration, as well as an optimized braking effect. Precise handling is ensured by reducing the slip on the inside wheel and preventing "spinning" through the optimized force distribution on both wheels. Normally a friction-plates Differential works more efficiently than conventional parts using the Torsen principle or a Quaife.

Komo-Tec offers you the optimal upgrade for your Lotus: individual adjustment, more power, more torque and a significantly better response behavior with maximum suitability for everyday use. The ECU is of high specification, feature rich, and fully programmable. On our in-house dynamometer the EMU Black ECU from ECUmaster is a class-leading, stand-alone engine management system that is used for the Operating the most advanced and complex engines on the market.
Depending on the model and specification, the EMU Black controls the fuel supply, the ignition angle and all other auxiliary systems (electronic throttle valve, variable valve and stroke control, as well as traction and DPM stability control programs). The broadband lambda control and a MAP sensor offer maximum flexibility at lower costs, so that no external or additional control systems for signal conditioning and associated wiring are required.
For the Toyota 2ZZ and 2ZR engines * (with electronic throttle valve) there is a "plug-and-play" solution with no additional wiring harness is required. The control unit can communicate via CANBUS with all external CAN protocol devices including ABS and display systems.
The solid construction meets IP65 housing standards, so that the ECU can also be used in the Lotus and under difficult operating conditions can be used. With our "Komo-Tec OBD remap cable" you could remap the ECU of all Lotus models from 2004 on with our Komo-Tec Tune Files.
Our tune files optimize injection and ignition timing, camshaft timing and trottle response. This modification improove torque and power and it is possible to integrate your modifications in exhaust, inlet or supercharger systems. You could read/erase DTC and reset the ECU. The cable will be "married" with you car, this means you could remap this car as often you want but you cannot use it on another car. The cable will be delivered with the Software Driver for the cable. The ugrade Software is not included and need to be bought individual , matching your car mods.
This is not a general software tool to change any function of a Lotus or to replace the full functionality of a Lotus workshop tool! In particular, errors that are relevant to security cannot be read out or deleted. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact our team in advance.
